I thought about just opening a Word document and writing down what I came across and thought about each week as I spent time researching and worrying about rural towns and small businesses in the American West. Like Creed on the Office I would think it was actually a blog entry for people to read but it wouldn’t go anywhere. What I write still might not really end up anywhere but it also just might. It might give someone an idea, a person to connect with, or a person for me to connect with. And knowing that I’m actually sending this out into the world makes me feel some accountability.
